FW - SERVO - Series automatic packaging machines with flow pack system

Flow Pack, designed according to the Industry 4.0 and IoT (Internet of Things) technology platforms, is the family of machines that completes the SMIPACK range.

This medium-high speed version is made up of 4 models (two with high coil and two with low coil) and features a transverse sealing bar with box motion system, both controlled by servomotors.

The translatory motion system makes it possible to pack different types of long-life products (by gas injection or spraying with preservative flavourings), even of large dimensions and varying heights, in packs made of single or coupled flexible material, without machine downtime.

The sealing and film folding systems, combined with the dynamic and adjustable conformer, make process control on the FW models versatile and fast.

These packaging machines can reach a maximum production rate of 80 products/minute.
